Book #4: Internecine

From the colophon:
This book was editioned in May of 2011 in Portland, OR at the end of my first year as an Assistant Professor—a role that exposes you to conflict and struggle on institutional, departmental, group and individual levels. In the same way that these images depict signs (text and images) struggling against the encroachment of random, ill-planned landscaping I find myself highly aware that bureaucracy can slowly and carefully blanket you as well. In both cases you must shed and shear those layers of influence to preserve voice and purpose.

These are images of the finished edition and artist proofs.
